RWR Prometheus

RWR Prometheus turns reset lifecycle events into a small metrics endpoint. Use the plugin by itself with an existing Prometheus installation, or start the included Prometheus and Grafana demo.

Requirements

• Java 21+
• ResourceWorldResetter 5.2 for your server platform
• Docker with Compose only when using the bundled dashboard demo

Install the exporter

1. Put RWR-Prometheus-<version>.jar in plugins/.
2. Start the server once to create plugins/RWR-Prometheus/config.yml.
3. Keep 127.0.0.1 when Prometheus runs directly on the Minecraft host.
4. Restart and open http://127.0.0.1:9225/metrics.

The metrics endpoint has no authentication

If you bind to 0.0.0.0, restrict port 9225 with the host firewall so only Prometheus or the intended private network can reach it.

Start the included dashboard

docker compose -f demo/docker-compose.yml up -d

Open Prometheus at http://localhost:9090 and Grafana at http://localhost:3000. In Prometheus, up{job="rwr"} should return 1.
