Install RWR Prometheus

Requires Java 21+, Minecraft 1.21.4+, and the matching ResourceWorldResetter 5.2 runtime.

1. Download the release JAR, or the distribution ZIP if you also want the demo stack.
2. Put RWR-Prometheus-<version>.jar in plugins/.
3. Start once to create plugins/RWR-Prometheus/config.yml.
4. Keep the default loopback bind when Prometheus runs on the Minecraft host.
5. Restart and request http://127.0.0.1:9225/metrics.

The endpoint returns 503 until initialization completes and 404 for unknown paths.
