Public API integration and warning events

Final Spigot, Paper, and Folia smoke testing completed successfully. Runtime 5.1.0 supplies the read-only integration service and emits one integration event alongside every eligible configured player warning. Commands and localization work remain planned for 5.2.0.

Two platform artifacts, one coordinator

  • Separate Spigot/Multiverse-Core and Paper-Folia/Worlds JARs, with the shared core packaged inside each artifact.
  • Timezone-aware schedules, evacuation, provider-owned regeneration, independent verification, and crash history.
  • Admin and player teleport GUIs, MiniMessage messages, and cancellable reset lifecycle events.
  • Breaking: v4 configuration is not loaded automatically.
